CODAC, a non-profit organization based in Cranston, Rhode Island, has provided treatment, recovery and prevention services to individuals and families within local communities for more than 50 years.
Helps homebound older adults and other at-risk Rhode Islanders maintain safe and independent lifestyles.
The American Lung Association's mission is to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through education, advocacy, and research.
Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides frail older adults the care they need to remain independent at home.
Provides peer-led harm reduction and recovery support services, builds relationships with the people they serve, and fights for systemic change. They empower people who engage in drug use and/or sex work to make healthier and safer choices in their own lives.
